1. Use of the directory
Breadcrumb provides listings of RV parks and campgrounds for general informational purposes. By using the site you agree to use it lawfully and not to scrape, redistribute, or resell the directory content in bulk without our written permission.
2. No guarantee of accuracy
Listings begin from public mapping data and may be incomplete or unverified until a campground owner claims the page. Drive times are estimates based on distance and average speed, not live traffic. We do not warrant that any listing is current, available, or accurate, and you rely on it at your own risk.
3. Not a booking service
Breadcrumb does not take reservations. Availability, pricing, and rules are set by each park. Always confirm directly with the campground through its own website or phone number before traveling.
4. Claimed listings and your content
If you claim a listing or submit content, you represent that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate and not misleading. You grant Breadcrumb a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content on the site. We may remove any listing or content that violates these terms or applicable law.
5. Promoted placements
Some listings may be promoted placements purchased by campground owners. Promotion affects visibility only and does not imply our endorsement of the park’s quality or safety.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Breadcrumb and its operators are not liable for any loss, injury, or dispute arising from your use of the directory or from reliance on any listing. Camping and RV travel carry inherent risks; you are responsible for your own safety and planning.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
